Welcome to the course "Local Cultures in the Global Era"!
The main objective
of this course is for you to critically engage with academic discourses
surrounding contemporary cultural studies, and examine their applications in
musical studies and their relevance in everyday life.
Through Self-study
tasks and the final essay, you will have the opportunity to further your own
understanding of topics in cultural studies which interest you most, and
discuss them in class.
