Beckett's Late Plays

In this seminar we will read Beckett's late plays carefully and attend in particular to the role that language plays in the body/mind dichotomy. You will see that Beckett's dramatic art is both extremely dark and tremendously funny. If you wish to attend this class, be prepared to engage actively in our discussions.
